Show notes
There are a lot of people worldwide who are into Steampunk, and almost as many ways of describing it. Wikipedia says Steampunk is “a subgenre of science fiction that incorporates retrofuturistic technology and aesthetics inspired by 19th-century industrial steam-powered machinery. ” As we find out in this episode, Steampunk is a form of creative expression among people who enjoy crafting, sculpting, painting, dressing and otherwise expressing themselves creatively. Its 19-century themes are enhanced by 21st-century sensibilities.
